I always encourage patient's to seek second opinions and a referral from friends, co-workers and family when considering choosing a new doctor or treatment. The comfort of knowing that person was satisfied by their treatment and that they possess a high level of confidence in that provider cannot be undervalued when making this type of decision
I have been on many diets over the years and none of them yielded results. I have lost twenty pounds by following Dr. Wedemeyer's recommendations and continue to lose weight and feel better. I am 50 and I feel great!

*I have been a patient of Dr. Wedemeyer's for more than 4 years. Originally he treated me for whiplash from a car accident. He was able to get me over that problem with treatment, so I continued to see him anytime I needed his great care to maintain my progress.
Recently I had started to experiencing problems with my feet, I am on them quite a bit. At first I just attributed the pain, burning, cramping, swelling in my feet to being on them so much. My feet would bother me so much by the middle of the week and eventually they began to bother me at the beginning of the week. In fact nearly all of the time.
I confided in Dr. Wedemeyer and he told me that he might be able to help me with this problem. He started me that day on treatment for my feet. I received therapy in his office and he sent me home with exercises to do at home which helped.
Along with the new inserts and home exercises Dr. Wedemeyer gave me hands on therapy and my feet have gotten so much better! I would say that the only time that I have had a problem with my feet anymore is because I go without my inserts for too long, which he advised not to.

*I sought out Dr. Wedemeyer for my chronic low back pain. He diagnosed it as a slippage of my lumbar vertebra called a spondylolisthesis. This was later confirmed by an orthopedic specialist and they both told me that surgery was risky and would not be effective in my case.
Fortunately I always get fast relief from Dr. Wedemeyer's treatments after having failed to get any long term help from pain medications and injections. I know that my condition will never go away but I am very confident that whenever my low back begins to hurt he will take great care of me and get me back on my feet.
I see Dr. Wedemeyer whenever my back acts up and have asked his opinion on a variety of health issues over the years. He has always provided me with a good explanation of my choices or a referral to a doctor who has helped.
